How does Adent work?

Adent supports the digital patient journey outside the dental clinic. Via the clinic's medical record system, digital treatment estimates, health charts and other documents are shared directly to the patient's inbox.

How does Adent interact with the clinic's records system?

The clinic sends documents directly from the medical record system, just like with e-Boks and encrypted email. The patient receives the information encrypted with the information immediately - even when they are sitting in the dental chair or at the reception. The documents are available and can be opened on a smartphone, iPad, computer and Doro phone.

Does the patient need to download an app?

No, no downloads are required. The patient will receive the information in their inbox.

How is compliance with data legislation ensured?

Adent complies with GDPR and health data processing requirements at all times. Data is handled with secure encryption, and all data handling takes place within Denmark and the EU.

How do I get started using Adent?

It's easy to get started using Adent at your clinic. We'll come by and set up the system to talk to your medical record system. We'll then train a key person at the clinic. It takes about 30 minutes, and then you're up and running.

Who is Adent and where are you located?

Adent is a Danish company with offices in Holmen, Copenhagen. We are a team with competencies in, among other things, dental health, teledentistry, artificial intelligence and software development.
